Filming James Bond (The Poison Scene)

In the filming of James Bond (The Poison scene) we used Misce En Scene. In my group we had to use different camera angle, for example we used tinted angle and movements to the camera when we were shooting the scene when James Bond was in the toilet. The reason for this is we wanted the audience to feel like they are in the scene and can feel the emotions and what James Bond is feeling.

When editing the Poison scene we had to put non-digetic sound in the scene, so that the scenes are more interesting, make the scene more intense and dramatic. We made a meaning in our film by trying to make it original like the actual scene. We tried to copy the same camera movements and use dramatic sound like in the real scene for example use dramatic music as they used in the toilet scene.

  1. A good attempt with analysis Sandrah but you need to use more media terminology and explain each point in detail. What mise en scene did you use? Did the lighting affect your shot? Did the props? If you discuss non-diegetic sound explain that it is music (first paragraph). We are going to develop how to structure our answers better in future so we can work on this. Your video in places is excellent, some fantastic camera work, well done :)

  2. Overall I liked how you attempt your James Bond scene. However with the bathroom scene you should make the camera more canted to create a better effect.
